Please call for availability and to finalize your rental at 435-586-6343 from 9 am to 6 pm Monday thru Saturday.  

Below are the sizes and prices of our units. All sizes are approximate and all units have rollup doors unless otherwise noted.

6x4      --   $23.00               A college students well packed dorm room

5x8      --   $26.00               Small motorcycle

5x12    --   $30.00               Size of a small one-car garage (but won't fit a car)

6x14    --   $35.00               Full sized motorcycle, with extra boxes

10x10  --   $35.00               A whole lot of boxes (standard house size door)

12x8    --   $37.00               One bedroom apartment, including furniture

12x14  --   $50.00               Something between a one and two bedroom apt

12x18  --   $60.00               Two bedroom house, including furniture

12x20  --   $65.00               Most trailers, cars, or trucks, or 3 bedroom house

12x26  --   $80.00               Contractor workshop, or boat, or 4 bedroom house

12x30  --   $95.00               Truck and trailer, or 5 bedroom house

12x34  --   $110.00             Pull though unit (doors on both ends of unit)

Outside Storage:

12x30  --  $35.00                Two cars/trucks, or a truck and trailer, or large trailer

Commercial Shops:

24x33 --   $250.00              792 sq/ft shop with bathroom, and 220 v. Great

                                          for a hobby shop or for someone who doesn't need

                                          street visibility.

24x42 --   $400.00               1000 sq/ft shop. Bathroom and office space, with

                                           large rollup door and good street visibility.

24x42 --   $500.00              These 1000 sq/ft shops have Solar! Great advertising 

                                           opportunity.  They are new, better insulated, and 

                                           have better signage than the $400.00 shops
